Terms of Use

Introductory information:

1. Dr Bardadyn's Online Shop sells products through the Internet.

2. All products offered in Dr Bardadyn's Online Shop are free from physical and legal defects and they have been legally placed on the Polish market.

3. All prices on the websites of Dr Bardadyn's Online Shop are a gross price (VAT included). Binding for the parties of transaction is the price appearing near the product at the time when the Customer places an order.

4. Owner of the service reserve the right to withdraw from the sale certain products or change their prices without prior warning users.

5.Information on the Online Shop Website do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. The Customer making the order through the mechanisms available to shop websites, made an offer to buy a particular product under the conditions defined in the description of the product.

6. Terms of use specify the terms of purchases in a shop. Placing an order is tantamount to consent to all terms and information contained in the Terms of use.

7. Shop reserves the right to change the Terms of use. Any changes to the Terms of use shall apply from the date of publication on the website of Dr. Bardadyn Online Shop. Orders placed before the date of introduction of changes to these terms shall be implemented pursuant to the provisions applicable on the date of the contract.

Possible options of payment, delivery and lead time:

The first option: credit card

Payment by credit cards VISA, MasterCard, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS trough secure and free of charge for the client PayPal money-transfer system.
After placing the order you will be redirected to the PayPal website, where you will be able to make payment.

Immediately after authorization of PayPal transaction your order will be processed.

The second option: bank transfer

After placing the order you will pay on Dr. Bardadyn's bank account.
We will send ordered products in 24 hours (working day) after booking the bank transfer on our account.

Claims and Returns:

The Customer has the right to lodge a complaint in the store in the event that there are:

- Manufacturing defects,

- Mechanical damage during transport,

- Non-conformity of the goods contained in the order.

In this case, please send us an e-mail information, and send back the goods by economic mail to the address of the Store. We do not accept any shipments sent by COD. For the advertised product, please attach the bills issued by us (receipt or invoice) with a description of the reasons for the return. The costs associated with returning the complaint will be refunded to the bank account indicated by the customer, no later than fourteen days upon receipt and acceptance of the complaint. The product will be exchanged for a full value one or the appropriate one in the case of mistakenly sent order.

We will respond to the demands of the Customer within 14 working days from the date of the notification of non-conformity. If within 14 days, the Shop does not comply with the demands of the customer, the request shall be deemed justified.

In accordance with the Act of March 2, 2000 "About protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product," The Customer may return goods purchased in the store for any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery. Example Statement patterns can be found here: Refund Form. The cost of returning the goods to the store in the event of withdrawal from a distance contract shall be borne by the customer. After receiving the parcel containing the returned goods and the declaration of withdrawing from the agreement, the Shop returns the cost of the purchased goods to the Customer, as well as the shipping costs incurred in the purchase (the shipment of goods from the seller to the buyer) - the amount corresponding to the cheapest shipping option available in the store.

The returned goods must be complete. Goods should be returned in the same state unless a change was necessary in the ordinary course of business, i.e. The consumer should proceed with the goods keeping in mind the possible need for its subsequent return. The consumer is responsible for the decrease in the value of goods as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of things.

The Consumer is not entitled to a right of withdrawal from a distance contract in respect of contracts in which the subject of the provision are the goods delivered in a sealed container, which after opening the package cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package has been opened after the delivery..

Protection of personal data:
Dr. Bardadyn declares that, without the permission of the Customer, does not provide any information about the Customer to third parties. We make the highest efforts to secure your personal data from unauthorized access. Every Customer has the right to inspect their data, correct them and to require the cessation of processing. In the case of a demand of discontinue processing of personal data, they are deleted from the database of Dr Bardadyn Shop.
